“I’ve been to many sauna and cold plunge facilities and Arctic Heat Retreat is by far the best! The space is super relaxing, yet extremely clean. Not to mention, the staff are super friendly and thoughtful by providing complimentary warm towels and electrolytes which help enhance the overall experience. I’d highly recommend visiting them for your next sauna and cold plunge!”

GoogleSuper clean and well stocked facility. Tea and electrolytes are provided, as well as a warm towel to dry off with. The attention to detail is outstanding, and they have a nice assortment of essential oils to use in the sauna. I also appreciate that it’s open til 10pm! ❤️

GoogleVery intimate experience and amazing staff! After my final cold plunge, I was offered a freshly warmed towel, and during my sauna sessions, I was provided an icy eucalyptus face cloth. It’s the little details and care that make this location spectacular. We would love to visit again!
