Blackstone Saunas Vancouver

Have owned a blackstone sauna for maybe 6 months now, after using it every single day I can say I am satisfied. There's a few minor details like the magnet latch in the door is off center by almost an inch which seemed odd, the hinges were not perfectly straight, minor details they could improve on, but overall none of that makes a different in its functionality, and I prefer to have a local manufacturer for support if I need it. Happy with the purchase.

The lady are so knowledgeable about their products. We questions ,they answered. Friendly, very nice shop. Good product.

After doing my research I decided that warranty and service are important to me. Blackstone Saunas had both. I did not want to deal with the big box stores. I also decided to pick up and install myself. To my surprise it was very easy, basically plug and play. Easy to use and of good quality. My wife and I use our sauna often. We love it!

The sauna heater works perfectly. No complaints.
