The sauna is really spacious and the cold plunge is the perfect temperature. Eric was really helpful and accommodating with everything, which is appreciated. GoogleI work in a helping profession and deal with compassion fatigue as well as a muscle disease, and this place has become the highlight of my week. The contrast therapy truly helps both my body and mind. Calm space, incredibly friendly staff, ultra clean and a great experience every time. There’s also a ton of parking. My husband and I look forward to it weekly and always leave feeling refreshed. Highly recommend.

GoogleGreat business idea and totally does the job. 100% electric dry sauna, so no steam. Sauna gets hot enough and water is cold enough. Clean and relaxing experience. Service was top notch.
