Tality Wellness Shipyards

We held our International Women’s Day event at Tality, and I’m speaking for the whole group when I say we had an absolutely amazing time. We loved the atmosphere, the complimentary drinks, and the attentive, professional staff. Having the entire space to ourselves provided the perfect environment to connect and relax together. I would definitely recommend them for any group event.

Relaxing contrast therapy/nordic spa studio with a unique nestled in the Shipyards with a calming, holistic atmosphere. The place is very well run, with super friendly staff, clean environment and a cool atmosphere! With a cold plunge, sauna that can be accentuated with essential oils, a chill outdoor patio spot and tasty kombucha, it offers a full package to those seeking calming and refreshing wellness in the Shipyards.

Great location! I have visited many hot and cold plunge places, and I've found it difficult to find a spot for a cold plunge. It would be more advantageous to have larger tubs or pools instead of individual ones. We noticed we had to wait quite a lot. I also find it interesting they serve coffee, as a wellness place, you would think they would avoid having caffeine or anything that is a stimulant, as it's supposed to be a relaxing experience.

What an amazing spot, Tality is undisputed as the best sauna/cold plunge place in the city! Super hot sauna, super cold plunges and UNLIMITED kombucha!!
