About this spa

Set on Harrison Lake with the mountains rising behind it, this classic British Columbia retreat centers its appeal where it matters most: the mineral pools. Guests come for the variety of temperatures, the mix of indoor and outdoor soaking spaces, and the way warm water feels especially restorative when the air turns cool, rainy, or snowy. With robes provided, a relaxation room, steam room, hot tub, river plunge, and massage rooms, the experience lends itself naturally to contrast therapy, moving from heat to cold and back again in a setting that feels both scenic and deeply unhurried. The lake views, mountain views, and peaceful outdoor spaces give every soak a sense of place. What makes the stay memorable is the blend of old-world charm and genuine comfort. Many visitors praise the staff for their warmth and attentiveness, while others return for the Copper Room atmosphere, hearty breakfasts, and the nostalgic pleasure of live music after dinner. The property may show its age in places, but that character is part of its appeal, balanced by a strong Wellness Score of 94 and a resort rhythm that invites long conversations, late-night soaking, and unhurried escapes. Ideal for couples, families, and weekend wellness travelers, it offers a restorative setting for up to 10 guests.

The place is beautiful, peaceful and truly relaxing. The indoor and outdoor pools are amazing, with perfect temperature and stunning mountain views. Waking up to the lake right outside the window feels incredibly romantic. Having dinner at the room restaurant at night was a lovely experience with delicious food and very generous portions. A small recommendation is to take care of your skin and hair because the salts and chemicals in the water are a bit strong. Stay hydrated and bring a small water bottle to refill while you’re at the pools. The robes are incredibly cozy and comfortable. I really loved this place and I will definitely come back many more times.

Hotel is getting older and it doesn't seem like the owners are investing any money. Its to bad its a beautiful location and activity. But for the price they charge you are expecting a 5 star experience but it's a 2.5 star Hotel. Hope it gets brought back as its a fun and enjoyable weekend.

Don’t recommend bringing kids here… They also charge you a extra 100$ fee that’s not included in the website.

When you realize the bathrobe is not available in the room, phone the service immediately to get them. Otherwise you’ll need to wait for half an hour to receive one in order to bring to the hot springs….

Rooms are old and outdated, super noisy with thin walls and floors, you can hear the people above, below and next to you. Pools are great however hotel needs a refresh... perhaps new carpets, to start with.
