Triple Peak Sauna Co is such a gem for Port Alberni. The saunas are beautifully built, super clean, and tucked into a setting that makes you feel like you’ve actually stepped away from town for a bit (in the best way). Plus having the lake right there is unbeatable. It’s the perfect West Coast reset — especially on a rainy or cold day. The owners and staff are welcoming, down-to-earth, and clearly care about creating something special for the community. If you live in or around Port Alberni and haven’t checked this out yet, you’re missing out. Highly recommend supporting this local business.

This place is amazing! If you've never had a sauna before this is the place to start. The amazing location at the tip of Sproat Lake is serene and exactly what you want for a mind/body cleanse. The Saunas are beautifully built, clean and the staff (only there on weekends) is super friendly. They provide sauna towels and essential oils as well as two cold plunge pools and outdoor seating between sessions. It's a great place to stop for a reset on a drive to/from Tofino, and it's also just a nice little afternoon getaway if you live in Alberni Valley. If I had to do three things for my health regularly, they would be eating healthy, moving my body, and sauna at least 2x/ week. Thanks for a great business guys!! We're hooked!

My family and I decided to do the sauna/ice bath together. The experience was amazing, everyone had a blast. As a semi-competitive powerlifter this was amazing for my sore/tight muscles. I’d recommend this as a fun family activity or if you’re an athlete of any kind.

The sauna and cold plunge combo was elite. Highly recommend, it was so very delightful.

My family and I went to this sauna as a post Christmas activity and we had such a wonderful time! The host, Meredith, was very thoughtful and kind, and helped us every step of the way. The view is gorgeous, sauna and tubs were clean and up to temperature. Thank you for a wonderful experience! We will be back!
