About this spa

High above the bustle of Whistler, this forest-wrapped retreat invites you into a slower rhythm shaped by heat, cold, and quiet. The thermal circuit feels almost ceremonial here: slip from a Finnish sauna or steam room into a cold plunge, then back to the hot tub or thermal pools as mountain air, cedar-scented stillness, and the sound of water do the rest. Guests come for the restorative contrast therapy, but they stay for the deeper reset that comes from a true digital detox, where phones and conversation give way to silence, steam, and the soft hush of the trees. Massages add another layer of recovery, especially for skiers, hikers, and travelers carrying the weight of long days. With relaxation rooms, meditation space, solariums, hammocks, robes, towels, and plenty of spots to linger, the experience encourages unhurried lounging between sessions. In winter, snow-draped evergreens and glowing pools make the spa feel almost cinematic; in summer, the forest setting turns cool and secluded. Backed by a Wellness Score of 98, Scandinave Spa Whistler offers an intimate, highly polished escape for just 10 guests at a time.

Beautiful wellness retreat, kind of day. They offer two different types of saunas two different eucalyptus steam rooms. This is an outside spa so they have a cold pool outside a hot pool. Chairs and fire pits. Bring your own sandals or walk barefoot. Multiple relaxation areas indoor and out. We did 60 minute massages Paul was great !

We have been here many times. We brought some friends with us to show it off. This time was different. The staff kept coming around and telling people to stop talking but they weren’t even making a peep. It was really distracting (more than if someone were to whisper) and kind of ruined the vibe. I understand if there are people talking loud but no one was talking at all. Other than that, we love this concept, the locker room amenities, and the atmosphere of the snow on the trees, the added headed lawn seats. We did miss the heated hammocks that weren’t available this time though.

Really lovely spa, the numerous saunas and steam rooms are really enjoyable, the cold plunges and showers are places nicely so you have easy access from each hot treatment, and there are tons of beds and lounge areas to relax in. A great treat any day, but especially on a rainy or grey day, when the clouds and fog create an even further sense of isolation, and give the forest that extra bit of atmosphere. I will say though, there are just way too many people who behave inconsiderately. Stomping around when they enter and leave saunas, holding those doors wide open to lose heat, phones ringing endlessly in the change room. I think Scandinave can put in a bit more effort to show people how to exist in these environments. Unfortunately North America doesn't have the same spa culture as Europe does, and so I think it is on those who run these places to put more effort into bringing not just the place, but also the culture of calm and connectedness, to those that visit.

非常舒服 很值得來試試看 按摩手法蠻特別的,跟台灣按摩推開的感覺不一樣 比較像是溫柔地推開,直接按到睡著(這裡按摩需要脫光,但按摩師會好好的把你蓋著不會曝光
