“My husband gifted me a day at the spa. The Fairmont Pacific Rim Spa is by far is my favourite place to go. I had a facial and luxuriated in the sauna, steam room, whirlpool before lounging on the deck. The atmosphere is unbelievably breathtaking and service is always exceptional.”

GoogleMy husband and I stayed here on our wedding night. We had booked the least expensive room as it is what we could afford and honestly still looked very luxurious. I had always wanted to stay here, but we saved it as its on the higher end of our budget. We splurged to celebrate such a momentous occasion! When we arrived the team let us know they had upgraded our room to a suite as a special surprise. The room was beyond what we could have expected. It was absolutely beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed it! When we came back from dinner we had a beautiful hand written note and a bottle of champagne on ice waiting for us in our room, courtesy of the hotel! As well as we had a few drinks in the lounge and they graciously covered our bill for these as well! The staff were so friendly and so excited for us and went above and beyond to celebrate us and make us feel special. It is an absolutely beautiful hotel with stunning facilities in a must stay area. We also did the hot and cold therapy which was much needed the next day and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Thank you so much to all the staff who made us feel so special and celebrated on our special day. You truly made the day extra special at such a beautiful hotel! I also you navigate some difficult personalities with grace and professionalism. As beautiful as the hotel is and luxurious, it was the staff who truly made the experience wonderful for us!
