“Wow, such a beautiful experience! I camped next to the river with my partner, enjoying relaxing sauna sessions. I love meditating in the heat, surrounded by the soothing cedar smell, looking at nature through the windows, and breathing in a well-ventilated sauna. The design is great; there are different benches' heights and our feet stay above the stove. Very interesting to learn about the Finnish tradition and its associated health benefits. GoogleSecret Sauna brought their mobile sauna to Alice Lake for our group, and it was incredible. We went from cold plunging in the lake straight into the warm sauna. The sauna is super well-designed: big windows let in natural light and give you a view outside, which keeps you connected to what's going on without opening the door and letting out steam. There’s also a sand timer inside so you can track your session, and a Bluetooth stereo outside that connects to your music — such a fun touch! You do sign a waiver before using it, but everything felt safe and smooth. Highly recommend for events or a special day in nature!!
